Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

We accept cash as well as card.

Where can I take the car and where can i return it ?

Cars to be taken and returned at our office itself situated in Eau Coulee

What should I do if car breaks down ?

Please give us a call as soon as possible. We shall do the necessary and will give you a replacement car.

Can I Rent a Baby or Child Seat?

Supplement for baby seat is free of charge.

What if I have an accident?

If you are involved in an accident, you should do the following:

  • Call Creative Car Rental office number 6987499 ,if necessary; immediately contact the police in case of third party liability and the emergency services in case anyone is injured
  • Do not leave the vehicle without making sure it is safe.
  • Write down names and addresses of all people involved and any witnesses never admit liability.
  • All vehicle repairs must be conducted with the formal approval of Creative Car rental.

What about wedding carriage?

Our cars are available for transfers as well for wedding carriage. The prices include car decoration.

Do you offer any long term rental discounts?

Yes, we do. Please call on our office number  1698 7499 and we shall negotiate for a long term rental.

Can I extend the rental duration?

Extending the rental duration is possible at time of check out or during the rental itself. You will need to contact us before and the extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment.

How do I book online ?

Simply by sending us a mail on accounts@creative.rent or send a quote online on our website.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours and if client wish to rent a car without Chauffeur – it will be another type of rental with the duration of car rental is minimum 3 days and Excess fee is required

What is excess ?

The excess is the amount you are liable to pay to the car rental company should you have an accident or return the car damaged, even if it wasn’t your fault. When you hire a car, even if your rental agreement includes insurance, there will almost certainly be an excess to pay

Can I rent at the last minute?

Yes; however, we prefer you set up the rental at least one week in advance so that we may verify if your vehicle is available, clean and ready.

What can I expect after I make a reservation?

After we receive your reservation made online or by phone, we shall contact you to verify and confirm your information. We shall send you afterwards a reservation confirmation by email containing all of the details of your rental.
